Rorke Denver commanded Navy SEALs in some of the world’s most dangerous operational environments — and now brings that hard-won leadership clarity to organizations across the country.
From Hell Week to the Front Lines
As officer in charge of BRAVO Platoon, SEAL Team THREE, Denver led more than 200 missions in Iraq’s Al Anbar Province during one of the most combat-intensive SEAL deployments since Vietnam. His team’s operations contributed directly to the Tribal Awakening that helped neutralize Iraq’s insurgency, earning Denver the Bronze Star with “V” for valorous action in combat. He later served as flag lieutenant to Admiral Joseph Maguire, briefing Congress on SEAL operations, before returning to run all phases of SEAL Basic Training — including the legendary Hell Week.
Building Leaders Who Perform When It Counts
Denver’s keynote work translates two decades of special operations experience into actionable leadership development. As founder of Ever Onward, he helps organizations apply SEAL principles — preparation, accountability, and decisive action — to high-pressure business environments. He starred in the hit film Act of Valor and is the New York Times bestselling author of Damn Few: Making the Modern SEAL Warrior and Worth Dying For: A Navy SEAL’s Call to a Nation.
A Syracuse University All-American lacrosse player, Denver holds a master’s degree in Global Business Leadership from the University of San Diego. His keynote topics include leadership, team performance, resilience, and global security.
