David Kasperson has spent more than 15 years helping organizations build the one asset that drives every other result: trust. As a senior leader in FranklinCovey’s Global Trust Practice, Kasperson collaborated closely with Stephen M. R. Covey, managing his speaking business and developing custom client solutions as Director of Business Development. He speaks on high-trust leadership, organizational performance, and the practical application of Speed of Trust principles, drawing from consulting and coaching engagements in more than 20 countries. He is co-author of the book Trust and Inspire: How Truly Great Leaders Unleash Greatness in Others.

His client experience spans multinational organizations, Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, educational institutions, and government agencies — including Procter and Gamble, Microsoft, Lockheed Martin, Nestle, Chevron, LinkedIn, and eBay.
