The Art of Cultural Fluency.

Diversity requires leaders who can tap into its potential. Jane Hyun shares how to get the most out of people with diverse backgrounds, looking at concepts like direct versus indirect communication, generational diversity, how we see (and interact with) power, and cultural differences. She looks at why leaders need to adjust their leadership style for inclusion purposes, how to best manage diverse groups of people, and the problems that arise if you don’t manage diversity. She helps organizations leverage the power of diversity to drive innovation and growth in presentations that can be tailored to her audience’s demographics and goals.
