Tim McCarver

For the past 15 years keynote speaker Tim McCarver has reigned as baseball’s premier television analyst and one of sports foremost broadcast personalities. Now in this fifth year with Fox Sports and his third year as the New York Yankees broadcast analyst, Tim is enjoying a diverse career in sports broadcasting, which has included his work as host of CBS’s Olympic coverage, sixteen years as the baseball analyst for WWOR-TV’s New York Mets baseball broadcasts, and eight years with ABC Sports. Tim McCarver is the only network television analyst to broadcast the last seven regular and post-seasons, in addition to nine of the last eleven World Series.

Since 1986, McCarver has found success as a writer. Tim has published three books about his life and baseball — the most popular of these being “Baseball for Brain Surgeons and Other Fans” written with Danny Peary. His latest accomplishment and collaborative effort with Peary, “The Perfect Season”, is a major sports best seller.

Now with his newest television program, “The Tim McCarver Show”, Tim continues to demonstrate his talent as one of America’s great sports broadcasters and interviewers.
